Pain in the Balls of the Feet E-mail
I noticed a new pain this week in the ball of my left foot. When I looked up the possibilities of the pain it sounds like metatarsalgia (spelling?). I see there is a cushion for this that you put in your shoe. Should I put this cushion in both shoes if I don't have the symptoms in the other foot? Or do you have other recommendations? - Rose

Rose, I had this problem last summer and the metatarsal pads sold at Running Fit were a blessing!!! I placed one in the shoe of the foot that had the issue and after a couple of weeks, I felt great. No need to place one in both shoes if both feet are not in pain.
